1. General provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and our company (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), which regulate the use of the website, placing orders, payment for goods, delivery, return of goods, and other aspects of purchasing goods on the Store's website.

1.2 The use of the Store's website, placing an order, and purchasing goods on the Store's website signify your full and unconditional agreement with these terms and conditions, which regulate the relationship between you and the Store.

1.3 The Store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Customer. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Store's website.

 

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1 The subject of the agreement is the sale of goods to the Customer, presented on the Store's website.

2.2 The Store guarantees that all goods presented on the Store's website have the appropriate quality and comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

 

3. Ordering goods

3.1 The Customer has the right to place an order for goods presented on the Store's website in accordance with the conditions determined by the Store.

3.2 After placing an order, the Store sends a confirmation of the order to the Customer's email address.

3.3 The Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the goods are not available or if there is an error in the price of the goods on the Store's website. In this case, the Store will inform the Customer of the cancellation of the order and will return the payment for the goods to the Customer within 14 days.

 

4. Payment for goods

4.1 The price of the goods is indicated on the Store's website in euros.

4.2 The Customer can pay for the goods on the Store's website using a bank card or another payment method provided by the Store.

4.3 The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods in full.

 

5. Delivery

5.1. The store delivers products to the customer through the courier services of Omniva, DPD or Itella Smartpost.

5.2. The cost of product delivery is determined according to the prices set by the respective courier service and is indicated when placing the order.

5.3. The store is not responsible for delays in product delivery caused by third-party actions or force majeure circumstances.

5.4. The customer must check the availability, quantity, selection, and quality of the products upon receipt. If any deficiencies or malfunctions are found, the store must be notified immediately.

5.5. If the customer does not receive the product by the specified time, they must contact the store to obtain information on the delivery status and possible causes of delays.

5.6. If the product cannot be delivered to the customer due to external reasons beyond the control of the store, the store is not liable for the consequences of this impossibility.

5.7. If the customer refuses to accept the product upon delivery, they must compensate for the delivery costs if these costs were not included in the product price.

5.8. If the customer cannot receive the product due to their own fault, the product may be resent at the customer's expense.

5.9. If the customer is unable to receive the order at the designated address or time of delivery, the order may be transferred to the person designated by the customer when placing the order, provided that the person presents documents proving their identity and the right to receive the order.

 

6. Product Returns

6.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt without stating a reason, as provided by law.

6.2. The return of the goods is possible only in their original packaging and with the consumer properties intact.

6.3. Delivery costs will not be refunded upon product return.

6.4. To return the product, the buyer must contact the store in advance.

 

7. Warranty obligations

7.1. The store is responsible for non-conformity of the product to the sales contract during the warranty period.

7.3. The warranty period is indicated in the product description on the store's website.

7.4. Warranty repair or product replacement is carried out at the expense of the store.

 

8. Liability of the parties

8.1. The store is not liable for damages caused by the buyer's improper use of the product.

8.2. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

 

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The store undertakes not to disclose buyers' personal data to third parties.

9.2. The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data by the store in accordance with the law.

 

10. Amendment and supplementation of terms

10.1. The store may amend and supplement the terms without prior notice to buyers.

10.2. The amended terms take effect from the moment of their publication on the store's website.

 

11. Dispute resolution

11.1. In the event of a dispute between the store and the buyer, the parties undertake to try to resolve it through negotiations.

11.2. If reaching an agreement is impossible, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the law.

 

12. Additional terms

12.1. In the case of additional terms, they must be indicated on the store's website.

 

13. Other provisions

13.1. These terms constitute an agreement between the store and the buyer.

13.2. If the buyer does not agree to the terms, they cannot use the store's website or purchase goods.
